Winter Sleepovers
Have you ever dreamed of an experience of nature so profound that the silence of the forest penetrates to the very depths of your being? Skiers and snowshoers can extend their stay by spending the night in one of the Park’s shelters located in the heart of the forest. The feeling of distance and solitude is strongest at the Richard Lake Yurt. To heighten this effect and to add to your enjoyment, parts of the trails (7 km) leading to the cabin are left in their natural state. |

In Case of Emergency
In case of emergency, call 613-239-5353 or go to one of the Park shelters (excluding the Shilly Shally shelter). Each shelter is equipped with an emergency radio communication system.
Drinking Water
Visitors will need to bring their own drinking water, as there is no source of drinking water near the Brown, Pines, Philippe and Lusk Lake cabins, the Wanakiwin, Taylor Lake and Richard Lake yurts, or near winter campsites.
Rates and Reservations
Reservations are required. Reservation opportunities will be offered through random draw. Entry forms will be accepted from October 24 at 9 am to November 22 at 5 pm.

*Domestic animals are not permitted in shelters, cabins or yurts.
